I had to swap out a stroller part, and it was as simple as you’d hope. Customer service got back to me quickly, the exchange process was straightforward, and the correct item showed up fast. No stress, no overcomplicated steps, just handled the way it should be. Really happy with the experience.

I wasn’t totally convinced at first, but I have to admit the suspension is really good. We’ve taken it over some bumpy sidewalks, and the ride stays surprisingly smooth. Baby seems comfortable the whole time, so I guess it does what it’s supposed to do.

We got our uppababy stroller almost two years ago, and at this point it’s basically been part of every outing we’ve had. It’s been shoved in and out of the car, rolled through airports, taken over bumpy sidewalks and gravel, and definitely seen its share of snacks, rain, and random kid messes. The fabric has a few stains now, which I kind of expected, but there aren’t any rips. And after all that, nothing feels loose or cracked, and the wheels still roll really smoothly. It was definitely a big purchase, but looking back, I do feel like it’s held up well enough to justify the price. I’d buy it again.

They got back to me quickly and fixed the issue with my stroller without making it a huge hassle. I do appreciate that, but i was still disappointed that I had to deal with the problem in the first place

It worked easily with our car seat. Simple to use and did the job.

We got our UPPAbaby stroller mainly for walks and letting our baby nap while we’re out. The recline is easy to use, and I can usually do it with one hand, which was been helpful when I’m juggling stuff.
My little one seems really comfy when the seat is in the lower positions, and it works good for short naps. I did think it would go a little flatter though, especially for what it cost, so that was a bit disappointing.

Overall I’m still happy with it. It adjusts smooth and feels sturdy, and we use it a lot. I’m just taking off one star because the recline isn’t quite as perfect as I was expecting.

In my experience, the accessories are usually easy to find, but I’ve noticed some colors disappear fast. My gut says if you see a color you really like, it’s better to buy it then instead of waiting and hoping it’ll still be there later

My order showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. The item was packed well and everything looked exactly as expected when I opened it. The only small thing was that the tracking info didn’t update until late, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was at first. But overall, the delivery was fast and I’m happy with it.

Could tell the quality was good right away. Stroller feels sturdy, fabric is nice, and nothing seems cheap or shaky. Have used it a bunch and it still looks almost new. Happy with it overall

We mostly got our uppababy for walks and quick errands, the storage basket is probably my favorite thing about it. I can toss in the diaper bag, a few groceries, jackets, toys, all that stuff, and it actually fits without me having to cram everything in. It just makes those little trips feel so much easier. I also don’t have to hang bags off the handle anymore, which feels a lot safer

It wipes down really easily, which I love, especially when there’s a quick mess. At the same time, I somehow feel like it still looks a little streaky sometimes, even though cleaning it takes almost no effort. So I’m happy with it, but also kind of picky about it.

We’ve been using this recently and I’m really liking how easy the handlebar is to move up and down. My husband and I both use it and it’s comfortable for each of us, which has been great. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is that I kind of wish it had one more height option, but overall it’s been working really well

This thing is super light and folds up really easily. It fits in my trunk without any hassle, so I’m not sure why it was made to seem like storage might be a problem

the fold is probably my favorite thing about it.. I can do it while I’m holding the diaper bag and it clicks down without turning into a whole struggle. Took me maybe two tries to get the hang of it, now getting it in and out of the car is way less annoying

I do like the design overall, it’s clean and simple, which is usually what I go for. Funny enough, the first thing I noticed was how nice it looked, then after using it a bit I was like, okay, it does feel a little bulky in the hand. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I kept noticing.

We got our stroller yesterday, i had it put together way faster than I expected. I’m usually the person who blames confusing instructions or missing tools whenever assembly takes too long, but I didn’t really have any excuses with this one. The directions were clear enough, and the parts clicked into place without much effort. I’m definitely not handy, so it was a nice surprise.

A little piece broke on our stroller and I was worried we were gonna have to replace the whole thing. Luckily, uppababy had the exact part on their site, and ordering it wasn’t no big hassle. It got here quick too. I’m really glad they still sell replacement parts instead of making you buy a whole new stroller.

Setup was really easy and only took me a few minutes. I kind of regret putting it off because it ended up being way simpler than I expected...

Warranty support was okay overall... not amazing, but they did come through in the end. I had to send a few emails and some photos before they agreed to help, which was, kind of annoying. They did send the replacement part eventually, but yeah... the whole process felt slower than I expected.

Our setup changes often, and this has been keeping up really, really well. It’s simple to use and hasn’t caused us any headaches so far
